Fees

Fees are set freely between the lawyer and his client, depending on the complexity of the case.

This question will be addressed in complete transparency during the first meeting and will be the subject of a fee agreement.

Depending on the procedure, Mr. Chauffray will offer you remuneration based on time spent or a fixed price, with possibly an additional performance fee.
